Specialist Speech & Language Therapist Band 6 0.4wte permanent contract with possibility of more sessions in another team. Band 5s might be considered.
This is an interesting part time post in a small well-developed speech and language therapy team working with adults with mental health conditions in Camden and Islington. The base is in Islington with work taking place in the community as well as the local mental health hospitals. Social skills groups are run including ones for people with Asperger’s.
Excellent communication knowledge and skills are essential for this post. Dysphagia is desirable.
We have strong links with the other SLT services across Whittington Health. You will be well supported to develop your skills, and you will have regular supervision.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
