An opportunity has arisen for a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) to join Whittington Health’s School Nursing Service in Islington. Other candidates, such as SCPHN students SCPHN who are due to qualify in September 2019 or an experienced paediatric nurse are welcomed.
The service is committed to meeting the health needs of children and young people through the delivery of a high quality healthy child programme. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic school nurse with excellent communication skills to join our team. Experience working with vulnerable children and young people is essential, along with a desire to work with children, young people and families from a variety of cultural backgrounds is essential. The team is friendly and supportive and can offer the successful candidate a comprehensive induction programme and ongoing clinical/child protection supervision and support.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
