Whittington Health is the lead provider of stop smoking services in Hackney. We are looking for an enthusiastic stop smoking Triage Assistant to join our team.
You will work as part of the Hackney Stop Smoking team to assist with triage of referrals and the administrative processes needed to deliver a quality and evidence based Stop Smoking Service for smokers, including acting as a first point of contact for service users and professionals.
Your role will be vital to the service. You will be triaging patients to ensure that they are referred to the most appropriate service, working with our partners and stop smoking advisers across Hackney. You will book appointments and liaise with staff providing the service including Hackney GP Confederation, pharmacies and the community service.
If you have experience of working with patients and health care professionals within a health service, or a smoking cessation service, we would like to hear from you. If you are proactive, polite, courteous and aim to deliver excellent customer service your application is strongly encouraged.
Please be advised that if a sufficient number of applications are received, the post may close before the advertised closing date.
