Senior Assistant Technical Officer – Permanent post
The Pharmacy Department at Whittington Health is innovative and forward thinking. As an Integrated Care Organisation we have a diverse range of roles established delivering care in both the acute and community settings. We are fully automated and have embedded electronic medicines management and administration throughout the organisation.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, resourceful Senior Assistant Technical Officer who enjoys working in a busy multidisciplinary environment, is a great team player and can demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The Department is hugely supportive and actively encourages creative thinking to improve services, patient safety and experience and to develop new roles, drawing on strengths and experiences of the team.
The post holder will join a dynamic team and will support various areas within pharmacy including wards, dispensary, stores and distribution to ensure the timely and safe provision of medicines to end users.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
