Haringey IAPT is recruiting Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWPs)

Band 5 Permanent full-time or part-time

Are you a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner?

Would you like to work in a dynamic forward-thinking IAPT service?

Lets-Talk is an innovative provider of a range of IAPT treatments for common mental health problems, serving a diverse patient population in the vibrant multi-cultural and multi-lingual borough of Haringey.  We have an excellent reputation and are known for our high quality of service delivery and service design.

We are delighted that three of our PWP colleagues are moving to the High Intensity training with us in the autumn, but it leaves us with vacancies.

We are looking for people who

  • are highly competent in working within a socially deprived and multi-cultural setting
  • have excellent communication skills and a real interest in and knowledge of working with adults experiencing a range of mental health difficulties and psychosocial problems

We offer

  • the opportunity to be part of an established and committed team
  • high calibre and regular clinical supervision
  • the chance to contribute to shaping the service as Haringey IAPT continues to evolve whilst maintaining its core aim – to increase access to evidence-based psychological therapies

Applications are particularly welcomed from those who are fluent in one of the other languages spoken in Haringey such as Turkish or Spanish.

These posts are subject to enhanced criminal records disclosure.

All staff are required to do one out-of-hours shift (12-8pm) per week.

Haringey IAPT salaries attract  Outer London HCAS (High Cost Area Supplement).

Closing date for applications is Sunday, 29th September 2019 at midnight.

Interviews will be held on Monday, 14th October 2019
