An exciting opportunity has arisen due to internal move for a forward thinking and motivated HR Business Partner to join a Workforce team who believes in it's workforce and strives to think differently.

We are a small but perfectly formed team with a focus on development.  We never stop learning and promote and develop from within where we can.  A shadowing programme across the whole of the workforce means we understand the clinical front line, and can target help where needed.  Internal shadowing, peer review, coaching and lunch and learns' mean we keep up to date and share learning.  We have fun here as well, and make sure we have time to wind down.

The HR Business Partner is an integral part of the Organisation's leadership structure.  The successful applicant will work closely with the Operational Leaders in their area to deliver on complex agendas such as workforce planning, Cost Improvement Programmes, Cultural Programmes and Staff Engagement Initiatives, as well as advising on day to day issues and case work.

Internally we  have an exciting plan of changes over the next 12 months and we are looking for the right person to join us in our journey.  We have found our work family, come and find your at Workforce, Whittington Health.

Interviews will be held on Friday 1st November 2019
