2x Band 6 Primary Care and Oral Nutrition Support Dietitian.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a two Dietitians to join our community Nutrition and Dietetic Service.
The post holders will work autonomously to assess and manage patients in their own homes and in a variety of community locations; the caseload includes Oral Nutrition Support (ONS), Primary Care Clinics and Domiciliary visits. Therefore travelling across the community we serve independently is expected.
We are looking for enthusiastic, skilled individuals with previous experience in the community. This position will offer you the opportunity to become part of a service that is evolving with the ever changing population needs. Band 7 Highly Specialist Dietitians will offer training and support to enable you to fulfil your role.
Whittington Health is situated in North London and delivers health care to the residence of Haringey and Islington; both in the community and through the Whittington Hospital. The Community Nutrition and Dietitian service covers a broad range of services and as a specialist clinician you will have help to develop your clinical skills and chance to improve the service.
The department provides a friendly working environment with supportive and experienced clinicians. You will need to have a caring and mature attitude to work closely with patients, carers and colleagues.
