Band 3 Community Administrator Support (0.6 WTE)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Whittington Health Continuing Healthcare (CHC) Service .

We are seeking motivated enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Band 3 Administrator Support. Applicants should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to think on their feet and have the ability to organise, prioritise and demonstrate excellent time management.

You will play a central role within the provision of services, liaising closely with patients, other health and social care professionals including the CCG as required.

Our CHC Service offers you the opportunity to become part of a service that is evolving with the ever changing population needs.

CHC services provides and manages care for people who have complex health care needs in the community.

The department provides a friendly working environment with supportive and experienced Team leads.

The service operates Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm and there may be a requirement to work outside extended hours occasionally.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
