Patient Experience Officer – (Band 5)
The patient experience team are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual for the position of patient experience officer. The postholder will support the patient experience manager with the recruitment, selection and placement of volunteers across Whittington Health and will provide day to day management of the service. In addition the postholder will be required to support the day to day management of survey activity across the trust.
The successful candidate should ideally have up to date and relevant knowledge regarding current developments in volunteering and patient experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate staff and volunteers at all levels are required for this post.
