Our District Nursing Service is forward thinking, hardworking and dynamic which we pride ourselves on. We are committed to making a difference for our patients and providing good quality care. Our service is at the vanguard of technological practice in District Nursing with our eCommunity platform.  

We visit people who are housebound of all ages 18+ in their own homes or residential homes, enabling them to self-manage where possible and implementing appropriate treatments and care pathways.

We will be offering successful candidates a fantastic programme of support and development in this new role and can only see this workforce growing in order to meet the needs of our patients. You will have access to a fleet of electric cars and will be issued with an ipad and a mobile phone.

We can offer both full time and part time positions either in our district nursing day teams, evening service or leg ulcer clinics. We are happy to talk to you beforehand if you have any questions.
