Lets-Talk is a Haringey IAPT service and part of Whittington Health NHS Trust. Lets-Talk is a forward thinking and innovative provider of a range of IAPT treatments for common mental health problems. We have an excellent reputation and are known for our high quality of service delivery and service design.

We serve a diverse patient population in the vibrant multi-cultural and multi-lingual borough of Haringey. If you have, or would like to gain experience working within a diverse multi-cultural community, this may be the right position for you.

We are looking to appoint a band 5 Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner who would like to join our thriving IAPT service in Haringey. Our service consists of over 70 staff.
This exciting role involves providing brief evidence-based interventions in primary care, helping with mental health promotion initiatives and supporting practice development around mental health. You will have the opportunity to work from a variety of primary care and community settings.
You will be highly competent in working within a socially deprived and multi-cultural setting. You will have excellent communication skills and a real interest in and knowledge of working with adults experiencing a range of mental health difficulties and psychosocial problems in a primary care setting.

You will working within an established and committed team, a large peer group of CBT therapists, PWPs, and counsellors, and will be provided with high calibre and regular clinical supervision. You will also be invited to contribute to help shape the service as IAPT continues to evolve whilst maintaining its core aim – to increase access to evidence-based psychological therapies.
