Whittington Health are seeking a committed nurse who is passionate about caring for Elderly patients. We have a strong multi-disciplinary approach where all professionals are valued for their contribution.
The successful applicant will be integral in developing services to optimise the care for elderly patients and their carers such as dementia care, falls management and frailty pathways.
